1977 New World Gas Heating Ltd was renamed Radiation-Ascot Ltd, presumably including the Ascot Gas Water Heaters business.

1981 Glow Worm Boilers and Radiation-Ascot, both part of Tube Investments, were 2 of 6 boiler makers investigated for collusion in raising prices. Tube Investments had closed a Radiation-Ascot factory in Birmingham.[1]

1988 Radiation-Ascot Ltd was in members liquidation
