Raeburn and Verel

1911 The copartnery carried on under the firm of Raeburn and Verel, steamship owners and brokers, of which the subscribers were the sole partners, was dissolved by mutual consent on 31 March by the retiral therefrom of John Bisset Verel. William Hannay Raeburn carried on the business under the same name.[1]

1912 Raeburn and Verel Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to carry on the business of shipowners.[2]

1960 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
