1962 Bush Radio, the principal subsidiary of Bush and Rank Cintel[1] was merged with the newly acquired Murphy Radio by the Rank Organisation[2].
1964 Development and production of television studio equipment, previously carried on jointly by the Rank Cintel and Rank Audio Visual divisions would be carried out in future by Rank-Bush-Murphy division at Welwyn Garden City.[3]
1968 Rank Bush Murphy Electronics became part of a new division in Rank Precision Industries established to focus on development of the scientific instruments business[4].
