Ransome and Marshall of Liverpool

1894 Dissolution of the Partnership between George Frederick Ransome and Frederick James Marshall carrying on business at 67 Tithebarn-street in the city of Liverpool as Engineers Factors and Machinery Merchants under the style or firm of Ransome and Marshall by mutual consent as from the 31st day of October 1894. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said George Frederick Ransome who will continue the said business under the present style or firm of Ransome and Marshall.[1]
