'Sister Wendy' was built in 1931, a 6 nhp 9 ton single cylinder traction engine and was exhibited new at the RASE show at Warwick.

It was then acquired by a dealer A. M. Cole of Sleaford, Lincs. From here she moved to Scotland with D. Rome, Loch Maben, Dumfries.

It then went to the Durham area with H. D. Ward of Wolsingham and eventually ended up in the Isle of Wight with Fred Hollis of Chale who fully restored her.

Next owner was Terry Swann of Maldon, Essex. John Vincent purchased her from him in March 1997.

She was later purchased by Robert Clifford Wing and bought by the present owner in 2004, David Tremain of St. Columb Major, Cornwall.
