Ravensthorpe - Dewsbury Railway Bridge

This cast iron arch viaduct crosses the River Calder at Ravensthorpe, between Dewsbury and Mirfield, Yorkshire.
A short distance to the south west, the railway crosses the canal by a single span bridge of similar cast iron construction. See Ravensthorpe - Dewsbury Railway Bridge over Calder and Hebble Navigation.
Grade II listing here.
Built in 1847 for the LNWR. Two spans on masonry abutments and centre pier. Ironwork by Joseph Butler and Co of Stanningley Iron Works, near Leeds.
