'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Thomas Redfern, Daniel Bentley, Peter Smith, and James Hound, carrying on business as Millwrights and Ironfonnders, at Lodge Bank Works, in Bury, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of Redfern, Bentley, Smith, and Round, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing to and by the said firm, will he received and paid by the said Daniel Bentley and James Round, who will in future curry on the said business under the style or firm of Bentley and Company...'[1]
