1861 'SALE OF VALUABLE MACHINERY, AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS, &c. By Mr. BRANCH, Tuesday, the 11th instant, and following days, at Eleven o’clock each day, on the Premises, 415, Scotland-road, ;THE valuable MACHINERY, Steam Engine and Boiler, Implements, Tools, and STOCK-IN-TRADE of Mr. Richard Forshaw, Agricultural Machine Maker, a Bankrupt. Amongst the Machinery may be named six-horse power steam engine, an eight-horse power boiler, fan, smiths’ hearths, anvils, blocks, vertical and screwing machines, crab winch, boring and polishing lathes, double-gear and slide lathes, drilling machines, work benches, working tools, &c. The Stock, finished and unfinished, comprises agricultural implements of various descriptions, in wheat, bean, coffee, and other mills, lawn-mowing machine, chaff cutters, reaping machine, sack machine, weighing machine, turnip and hay cutters, cheese press, weigh beams with scales and weights, turned rollers, shafting, &c., sundry flat and square bar iron, scrap, nails, screws, files of various kinds and numerous other effects, also the office fittings. To be viewed on Monday, the 10th instant, when Catalogues may be had on the Premises; from William Bird, Esq , the Official Assignee, South Castle-street; Messrs. Evans, Son, and Sandys, Solicitors, Commerce-court, Lord-street; or Mr. Branch, Auctioneer, Hanover-street, Liverpool.'[1]
