1899 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, Richard Southwood and William Lloyd Jones, in the business of Wine, Spirit, and Malt Liquor Merchants, and Manufacturers of Methylated Spirits and Varnish, heretofore carried on by them under the style or firm of Richard Southwood and Co., at 63, High-street, Exeter, was by mutual consent dissolved as from and including the first day of November, 1899. All debts owing to and by the late firm will be received and discharged by William Lloyd Jones and the business will henceforth be conducted by him at the above address...'[1]
