1939 M.A. (Cantab.), A.M.Mech.E., A.F.R.Ae.S. 56, Gloucester Court, Kew Road, Kew, Surrey. On the Tech. staff of D. Napier and Son, Ltd., Acton Vale, London, W.3. Age: 35. Career: Ship engineering experience, 1922-5; Diploma 1923; Cambridge Univ. 1926-8; De Havillands Aircraft Co., Ltd., 1928-31; obtained Ground Engr's Licences; with Major Frank B. Halford; 1931-5; with D. Napier and Son, Ltd. since 1935. Inventor of Rotary valve.
