1927 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Arthur Elijah Balch and Frederick Oswald Maisey, carrying on business as Lime and Cement and Builders' Merchants, at Feathers Yard, Water-lane, Richmond, in the county of Surrey, under the style or firm of the RICHMOND LIME & CEMENT COMPANY, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 30th day of June, 1927. All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Frederick Oswald Maisey. And that in future such business will be carried on by the said Frederick Oswald Maisey under the style or firm of The Richmond Lime and Cement Company...'[1]
