John Ridley re-established the Ridley Autocar Co

1906-1907 Completed some chassis bought from Horsfall and Bickham at his home.

1906 The Ridley Motor Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £5,000, to carry on business as motor manufacturers, engineers, contractors, dealing with motor cars, machinery, engines, gear, etc.[1]

1907 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
