1906. A reference is made to 14a Leytonstone Road, Stratford as the property of John G. Graves, a jeweller and cutler of Sheffield. This company therefore appears to be another of his many ventures. See J. G. Graves.[1]

1906-07 Rip produced motorcycles. The company listed 3.5hp, 4hp, and 6hp engined models with side valves and belt drive. They were fitted with leading-link front forks and pivoted-fork rear suspension. The marque was short lived.

1907 in the 1907 Auto-Cycle Club Trial - January rider C. H. Gold rode a 4 h.p. Rip.
