1948 Died. 'Mr Robert Andrew Easdale. architect and surveyor of County Chambers, Castletord, who was president of the West Yorkshire Society of Architects in the year 1944-5, died yesterday aged 81. He served on the Wakefield Diocesan Board of Finance. was a founder member of the Castleford Rotary Club, of which he was president. In 1928-9 and was president of the Pontefract and District Musical Festival'[1]
