Made a vertical single cylinder steam engine for pumping creosote at Stanton Timber Mill, King’s Lynn[1]

1880 R. Barnes made a horizontal steam pumping engine for Reedham Marsh pump house, Norfolk.[2]

1900 Premises were taken over by Crabtree (1931)

Note: RICHARD Barnes of Southtown Ironworks, Yarmouth, was advertising steam engines and boilers and capstans in 1879 [3]
