1803 September 9th. Born in Rotherhithe the son of Robert Dewer, Blacksmith, and his wife Jannet

1851 Living at 16 Old Street, St Luke Old Street, Mddx: Ebenezer Dewer (age 49 born Rotherhithe), Smith and Ironfounder, employing 50 hands - Unmarried. With Robert Dewer (age 47 born Stepney). Two servants and an apprentice.[1]

1861 Living at 32 Gordon Street, Tottenham Court: Ebenezer Dewer (age 59 born Rotherhithe), Land, Houses interest and dividend - Unmarried. With his brother Robert Dewer (age 57 born Rotherhithe), Land, Houses interest and dividend - Unmarried. Three servants.[2]

1867 May 16th. Died, of 32 Gordon Street, Mddx. Probate to Ebenezer Dewer, his brother.
