1891 August 8th. Born in Edinburgh the son of John Charles Stewart, Distiller, and his wife Anna Mary Babington

1911 April 29th. Took six-hour 500 cc motor cycle record at Brooklands with a 444 cc Trump-JAP with 254 miles and 37 yards.

1911 Living at Bennington Park, Stevenage, Herts: Robert Neil Stewart (age 19 born Edinburgh), Soldier (awaiting commission).[1]
