1871 Robert Waddell 55, Chief Engineer of RMS Scotia, lived in Toxteth Park, Liverpool, with Elizabeth Waddell 47[4]

1881 Robert Waddell 65, retired marine engineer, lived in Kirkdale with Isabella G. Waddell 57[5]
