1953 Divisional Secretary, Motor Agents' Association, Cardiff. Born Cardiff, 9th August, 1887. Educated at Cardiff. Early business career in Insurance. Served throughout 1914-18 war. Became connected with Motor Industry in 1929 as Regional Secretary, I.M.T. Took up present appointment in 1932. Undertook part-time appointment as sub-district Manager, Ministry of War Transport, 1940-45. Director of Robert Williams (Cardiff) Ltd. Member T.A. Association. Recreation : Golf. Married; five sons, two daughters.
