1845 Partnership change. '...the Copartnership lately existing and carried on by us the undersigned, William Henry Roberts and George Higginbottom, in the businesses of Auctioneers, Estate Agents, Appraisers, Land and Timber Surveyors, and Civil Engineers, under the style or firm of Roberts and Higginbottom, at No. 10, in the Above-bar-street, in the town and county of the town of Southampton, is this day dissolved by mutual consent; and all persons indebted to the late firm are hereby authorized and requested to pay the amount of their several debts to the undersigned George Higginbottom, to whom the said debts have been legally assigned, and who will henceforth carry on the said businesses on his own sole account...'[1]
