1860 October. Company established to serve the mining industry

Built two locomotives to the James R. Davies patent design

1863 October. William Errington joins the company which was then employing around 90 persons

By 1867 William Errington has control of the Soho foundry

1868 Foundry failed and all pattern stocks bought by the Victoria foundry (Hunt and Opie). Errington continued at the Soho Foundry to build boilers.
