1839 July. Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, James Robinson and James Kitchen, in the trades or businesses of Iron founders. Millwrights, and Engineers, at Great Bolton, in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of Robinson and Kitchen, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts owing to or by the late copartnership concern are to be received and paid by the said James Robinson, by whom, in conjunction with William Robinson, under the firm of James Robinson and Co. the business will in future be carried on...'[2]
