ROLLS-ROYCE SILVER DAWN

Until 1949 Rolls-Royce cars were produced with coachwork by a number of famous specialist firms, the efforts of Rolls-Royce Limited being entirely devoted to the chassis. However, this policy has been changed and a complete Rolls-Royce car is now being built at Crewe. Known as the Silver Dawn, the sale of this model is at present confined to purchasers in countries overseas.
