1894 Dissolution of the Partnership between Benjamin Woodhouse Rose, Major General Rose, Sidney Herbert Rose, and Baron Rose, as Gun barrel and Tube Manufacturers, at Halesowen Mill, in the county of Worcester, under the name or firm of Rose Brothers, by mutual consent, so far as regards Major General Rose and Sidney Herbert Rose, who retired. Benjamin Woodhouse Rose and Baron Rose continued the business as Gun barrel and Tube Manufacturers, at Halesowen Mill, under the said name or firm of Rose Brothers.[1]

Presumably later became Rose Tube Co of Halesowen
