Rothwell were motorcycles produced in 1903 by the Eclipse Machine Co of Oldham in Lancashire.

1901-16 Produced automobiles

1906. Described as British and French make. produced 10-12, 12-14 and 20-24 h.p. cars with shaft-drive. The smallest was two-cylinder while the other two were four-cylinder. [1]
