1971 Coley Brothers (Tools) acquired the minority holdings in its associated company, Rotolin Bearings[1]

Rotalin bearings combined rotational and linear motion with very little slack making them widely accepted in Britain and North America.

1971 The Coley-Rotolin Group was formed from the combination of Coley Brothers (Tools) and Rotolin Bearings[2]
