ROVER '75' SALOON
The 1950 Rover '75' is a six-seat saloon of modern appearance and is a worthy descendant of the famous Rover cars that have been so popular with the motoring public over the years. The strength of the '75' chassis and the handsome bodylines can be appreciated from the accompanying photographs.
Interior appointments are of the best and on the mechanical side there are several very interesting items. One of these is the combined fuel- gauge and oil-level indicator fitted with a warning light controlled from a switch operated by the gauge float in the petrol tank. When fuel is running low the lamp begins to flash and finally remains on when refuelling becomes an urgent necessity.
The standard colour schemes include a dark Connaught green, light lakeside green, pastel blue, ivory and black, with upholstery in grey, green, blue or red.
