1887 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Walter Rowbotham and Frederic Stanhope Worsley, at 39, Lever-street, Manchester, in the county of Lancaster, as Electrical Engineers, Electricians, and Manufacturers, under the style or firm of Rowbotham and Worsley, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Walter Rowbotham, who will in future carry on the said business on the premises aforesaid, on his own account...'[1]
