1942 James Royce Industrial Electric Furnaces Ltd were in Belmont Road, Chiswick[1] - question is whether they are connected?

1956 Acquired by Efco[2]

1961 Within the Efco group, Royces focussed on smaller, highly-specialised furnaces[3]

1964 Exported semi-conductor furnaces to Russia[4].

1966 Joint company formed with Thermco Products Inc of USA called Royce Thermco to supply diffusion furnaces and ancillary equipment to the semiconductor industry worldwide[5]
