1891 "NOTICE is hereby given, that a petition for the winding up of the above named Company by the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice, was, on the 31st day of December, 1890, presented to the High Court of Justice, by John Gilbert Russell, trading as Russell Brothers, of the Bradford Tube Works, Walsall, Tube Manufacturer, Edwin Handley, of 12, Bennett's hill, in the city of Birmingham, Metal Merchant, and Samuel Walker, of Fazalev-street, in the city of Birmingham, Rolled Metal Merchant, creditors of the said Company ....[1]
