'... the Partnership heretofore Subsisting between us the undersigned, John Kenyon Blackwell and Samuel Holden Blackwell, as Iron and Coal Masters, at the Russells Hall Works, in the parish of Dudley, in the county of Worcester, and at Sedgley, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of Blackwell and Co., was, on the 30th day of June now last, dissolved, by mutual consent, by the retirement of the said John Kenyon Blackwell...'[1]
