1854 The company became Ruston and Co. with the entry of Ruston's brother John Joseph Ruston.
1866 Produced the elaborate iron towers and other ironwork for the new Franz Josef Bridge (Most Františka Josef) suspension bridge over the Moldau (Vitava) in Prague, designed by Ordish and Le Feuvre.[1].
1869 became Prager Maschinenbau AG.
