Chief Works: Has been responsible for design and management of electricity works. Acted as Consulting Engineer since commencement; also acted as Consulting Engineer to local Collieries and Works. At present carrying out schemes for extensions at an estimated cost of £40,000. War Services.—In the Navy: 2 years in command of H.M. Wireless Station at Seychelles; 2 years attached to H.M.S. " Vernon" for special electric light and power duties; rank of Lieut.-Commander, R.N.V.R.
