1838 'TO BE LET, and may be entered upon immediately, the PREMISES situate in Dawson's Croft, Greengate, Salford, within five minutes' walk from the Manchester Exchange, lately occupied by Messrs. Samuel Dewhurst and Co.— The engine is thirty-six horses', and the boilers sixty horses' power. There is also, in the dryest season, an abundant supply of river as well as spring water; and a capital Drying Stove over the boilers, with two iron floors.— Apply at Messrs. SAML.
