'... the Partnership heretofore carried on by the undersigned, Samuel Snell, John Parker, and Henry Casswell, under the style of Samuel Snell and Co., of London, at 11 and 19, Great Eastern-street, London, as Lamp and Cycle Accessory Dealers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. The said Henry Casswell will, as from this date, carry on the same on his own account, under the style of Henry Casswell, late Samuel Snell and Co, of London. The said Samuel Snell and John Parker, trading in copartnership as Samuel Snell and Co., of Aston Brook-street, Birmingham, Lamp and Cycle Accessory Makers, will continue as heretofore...[1]
