Schulz-Knaudt was a German company founded in 1855 under the name Puddlings - und Blechwalzwerk Schulz, Knaudt & Cie. in Essen and was converted into a stock corporation in 1889 as Blechwalzwerk Schulz Knaudt Actien-Gesellschaft ; it merged with Mannesmannröhren-Werke AG in 1914.[1]

Established by Carl Julius Schulz and Adolf Knaudt.

1892 Description of works, with particular emphasis on the large steam hammer, rolling mill equipment, and plate bending rolls [2][3]
