1934 Dissolution of the partneship between Raymond Booth Scott, of 53, Devonshire Street, Keighley, in the county of York, and Joseph Scott, of Ashgrove, Utley, Keighley aforesaid, carrying on business as Machine Tool Makers, at Albion Works, Dalton Lane, Keighley aforesaid, under the style or firm of the SCOTT MACHINE TOOL CO., KEIGHLEY. All debts due and owing to or by the late firm will be respectively received and paid by the said Raymond Booth Scott. The said business will be carried on in the future by the said Raymond Booth Scott[1]

1933 A similar notice to the above was posted in respect of SCOTT MACHINE TOOL CO., HALIFAX, of Green Lane Engineering Works, Pellon Lane, Halifax.[2]

1939 R. B. Scott worked at both addresses, i.e. Scott Brothers of Halifax and Scott Brothers (Keighley)
