1971 Sea and Land Pipelines Ltd was a fabricator and installer of high pressure pipelines, applier of epoxy resins, pipeline contractors, maintenance contractors for the oil, gas and food industries[1]

1972 The company had a London-based subsidiary SLP Engineering and another subsidiary SLP Fabricating Engineers[2]

1984 Britoil placed a contract with the company to construct modules for its accommodation platform for the Clyde field[3]
