1965 Was a part of Wellman, Smith, Owen Engineering Corporation which changed its name to Wellman Engineering; at that time Selas Gas and Engineering Co became Wellman Selas[3].

1985 Mont Engineering acquired the business interest of Wellman Selas, beneficiaries of the Selas interest in the UK; name changed to Mont Selas Ltd[4]
