'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Harry Sharpies and Jesse Hargreaves Birtwistle, carrying on business as Cotton Manufacturers, at Hollin Bank Mill, Lower Hollin Bank-street, in the borough of Blackburn and county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of Sharpies and Birtwistle, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from' the 16th day of March, 1892.
