c.1860 Mr. Henry Moore was admitted into the firm of Shaw and Thomson, and the business was carried on under the style of Shaw, Thomson, and Moore

1865 The partnership was dissolved, and the firm of Shaw and Thomson continued, the business having been removed from Glasgow to Leadenhall Street, London.
