1847 Made an indenture of assignment of all his household furniture, plate, and other household effects, stock in trade, debts, and all other his estate and effects, to Samuel Thornton, Hinge Manufacturer, Thomas Belliss, Factor, and William Gough, Factor, all of Birmingham, in trust for the general benefit of his creditors[3]
