1867 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Henry Herepath Siebe and William George Burnett, as Lithographers, at No. 12, Frith-street, Soho, in the county of Middlesex, under the firm of Siebe and Burnett, was, on the 31st day of August last, dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said William George Burnett, who on that day retired from the concern; and that all debts due and owing to or by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Henry Herepath Siebe....'[1]
