1963 Mr G. Felber and Mr J. Silver were joint managing directors[1]. One of the subsidiaries was Spiraflite, maker of agricultural auger flighting. Another was Gordon Felber and Co.

1971 Jack Silver and Gordon Felber were declared bankrupt[2]

1979 Silver-Felber Ltd was to be removed from the register of companies[3]
