1894 Dissolution of the Partnership between Edward Hunt, Alexander Hague Simmonds, Arthur Hunt, Edward Vyse Hunt, Hugh Montgomery, and William Broster, carrying on business as Merchants, at Liverpool, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of Simmonds, Hunt, and Montgomery, so far as concerns the said Edward Hunt and Alexander Hague Simmonds.[1]

1896 Dissolution of the partnership between Arthur Hunt, Edward Vyse Hunt, Hugh Montgomery and William Broster carrying on business as Merchants at Fenwick-chambers, 8 Fenwick-street Liverpool, Bristol, and elsewhere under the style or firm of Simmonds Hunt and Montgomery so far as regards the said William Broster[2]

1936 The business was still in operation at this date[3]
