1896 Dissolution of the Partnership between John Benjamin Smith and William Beresford Smith carrying on business as Wine Merchants at Number 3 Lombard-court Gracechurch-street in the city of London under the style or firm of Smith and Hoey so far as regards the said John Benjamin Smith who retires from the firm. William Beresford Smith will continue the said business under the present style[1]
