Previously Crystal Palace District Gas Co

1904 Had adopted this title. The company applied for alterations to the Crystal Palace District Gas Acts 1873, 1893[1]

1911 Acquired the Bromley and Crays Gas Co

1913 West Kent Gas Co was amalgamated with the South Suburban Gas Co.[2]

1932 Tonbridge Gas Co were amalgamated.

1939 Together with other gas companies, the company promoted a Bill in Parliament concerning the efficiency of gas appliances to be installed in London[3]
