1928 The balance of the shares were acquired by Averys.

1961 Manufacturers of automatic weighing and filling machines for use in the packaging industry. Makers of "High Speed" automatic tea, coffee, sugar and flour weighers. 150 employees. [1]

1966 Merged with another part of the Avery Group, George Driver and Son, forming Driver Southall
