Spa Motor and Engineering Company of Scarborough in North Yorkshire.

The Spa-JAP were motorcycles produced by them between 1921 and 1923.

This company built a small number of conventional machines using JAP sv engines of 248cc and 292cc. A specially prepared machine was very successful in local speed events.
