1899 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edwin Sparks and Louis Harry Martin, carrying on the business of Bicycle Manufacturers, and letting out Bicycles, Mail Carts, and Perambulators, at Magpie road, in the city of Norwich, under the style or firm of Sparks Martin and Company, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the day of the date hereof. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Edwin Sparks who will in future carry on the said trade or business under the style of Sparks and Company...'[1]
